These Organic Vegetable Shell Pasta are shell-shaped noodles made from stone milled durum wheat semolina, with the addition of spinach powder (green shells) and beet powder (purple shells). This tri-color pasta cooks in a large pot of salted, boiling water for approximately 8-10 minutes (al dente), or until desired texture; ideal for pasta salads or serving with the sauce of your choice.
Ingredients: Stone milled organic whole durum semolina, organic spinach powder, organic beet powder.
