Pickup + Delivery

We're new to this, so we thank you for your patience as we work out any kinks!

We're working on getting all liquid refills online, so if anything is missing you'd like to buy, send us an email and we will get it online for you.

Any products that are out of stock will be removed from your order, and you will not be charged for them.

Orders will be packed primarily in paper bags, with some items in plastic bags to maintain freshness. If you'd like all of your products to be packaged in paper bags, leave us a note in your checkout cart. Ordered products may be +/-5g from posted weights and include any packaging in total weight.

No cancellations or refunds will be allowed for online orders. If you have a concern with the quality of any product purchased, please reach out to us at urbanbulkandrefill@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.


> We are currently offering in-person pick up at our store, at 1380 Queen St E. Pick up is available 7 days a week. If you would like to have your order brought out to the curb, please call us on arrival at 647-344-8075.

> Once you receive your 'Ready for Pickup' email, please try to come to the store within 48 hours. If you anticipate needing more than 48 hours, please leave a note in your cart. We're a small store with limited storage space :)


> We're working with a local startup to bring your delivery service. While we ramp up, we'll group orders together and then schedule a delivery day. You can expect delivery to be within 5-10 days of your order date. Once we have bit more momentum, we'll switch over to regularly scheduled delivery days so you can plan ahead!

> Once delivery day is scheduled, you'll receive an email update.

> If you're purchasing products and delivering them as a gift, please feel free to leave a note in your checkout cart with any message you'd like to give to the recipient and we'll handwrite it out on a card for them
